Where are you located?
We are located at 3427 W. 7th Street in Fort Worth, TX. You can find specific directions and a map of our location in the directions section of our site.


What are your store hours?
We are open Tuesday-Friday 10AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-3PM and closed Sundays and Mondays. We are also closed on all major holidays. If you are traveling from a distance please call ahead to make sure we will be open since we are closed every once in a while during the week.


What payment methods do you accept?
In store we accept cash, personal check and all major credit cards. Online we currently accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).


Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship only to residents within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.


What items do you sell in store?
We sell sterling silver jewelry, flatware and holloware, U.S. coins, paper currency and some designer jewelry.

Please refer to the process section of our website which explains in detail how we determine what we will offer you for your items. Please note the prices change daily depending on current market value of gold, silver and platinum. The precious metal prices can vary by the minute and our offers are based on the current precious metal prices.


Do you charge a fee for appraisals?
There is no charge to look at your items in store and tell you what we will pay you for them.There is never any obligation to accept our offer and sell to us once we have given you a quote. We no longer offer insurance or replacement value appraisals.


Are your items authentic?
Yes all of our items are guaranteed to be authentic. All of our items are acid tested for metal purity and are not gold fill or plated unless stated in the listing.
